    So can we listen to more metal now, I love the screamo , techno and all but death metal and hardcore definitely make a better atmosphere!

      Haha yeah man, just different stuff winds up on rotation occasionally, too tall… Get your butt in here and crush some weight and then you get to touch the music. Ask Hughes what happened when he asked to change the music last night hahaha…

    Thanks for another great article Chris! As one of the clients who trains at BSP NoVA, I can honestly say that I have made more progress there than I ever achieved on my own. I have lofty goals (both long and short terms) but to reference another one of your articles, with Chris’s help, I have the “big rocks” in place.

    P.S. I will, eventually, surpass you. Might take a decade or so, but it will happen 🙂
