Hips, Week 2

Alright guys, week 2 here we go!  You’ll notice that the RPE’s are still the same across the board here.  Does this mean you should use the same weight?  Probably not…

Remember, RPE is about perception, and you’ve just had a week of growth…  Your idea of a “7-8,” and your literal ability to move poundage may have grown over the last week, and that’s perfect.  For that reason, we invite you to advance where you can.
