Our semi-private training is geared toward athletes and people ready to make a serious committment to their health and fitness. Each client is equipped with an individualized program geared toward achieving measurable goals. As a client, you’ll receive top-notch programming and great coaching, while training in a fun and motivating environment. With up to 5 members in the gym at a time, all working towards unique and varied goals, you’ll be surrounded by a second family to help you achieve what you never thought was possible!
Sessions cover dynamic warmups, core, plyometrics, speed development, strength, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. Whether you’re after weight loss, sports performance, aesthetics, or post-rehabilitation- Beyond Strength Performance is your HOME!

Boot Camps
Our boot camps are geared towards individuals looking to get an intense workout that is different from the traditional weight room routine. Where as our semi-private training hosts up to 5 members per session, our boot camps can run with as many as 30 members per session! With that much energy in the room, the impossible becomes possible!
Like semi-private training, sessions cover dynamic warmups, core, plyometrics, speed development, strength, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. However, the underlying difference between our boot camps and semi-private training is huge! Classes consist of much more bodyweight exercises, light tumbling (acceptable for all levels), circuits, and you’ll even notice a little mixed martial arts feel to it (non-contact that is)! High energy, comraderie, and results oriented… what are you waiting for?
