I know because I’ve been there. It sucks.
I’ll let you in on a little secret. When I got to college I was undersized and too weak to compete. It’s tough to admit, but I have to be honest with you. When I tested bench my freshman year of college I only put up 225 for a paltry 3 reps. Embarrassing. But by the start of my sophomore year I was on the field. Why? It’s simple. I followed a great training program and worked my ass off. But I went at it alone…and I don’t want that for you.
After college I dedicated myself to helping football players like you make the jump from the bench to the field. You deserve to play and I want to help you get on the time you deserve.

Need more upper-body strength and a bigger bench? We’ll get it.
Need a stronger squat and more lower-body power? We’ll build them.
