High School and College Athlete Performance Training
Our high school and college athlete performance program is designed to give each athlete they individually need. Each athlete receives a customized program based on the outcome of an individual movement screen (based on the Functional Movement Screen) and assessment. Athletes train in a semi-private, group format with other athletes pursuing their goals. Each session is conducted in an environment unparalleled in Central Pennsylvania at a private facility in Bellefonte. The environment fun, motivating and challenging.

High School Athlete Nutrition Consultations
Our nutrition program is designed and coached by Todd Bumgardner, MS CSCS. Todd is certified as a Youth Nutrition Specialist by the International Youth Conditioning Assocation. We offer two nutrition consultation options for youth and high school athletes.
Private ConsultationDuring a private nutrition consultation, each athlete and their family with work one on one with Todd to solve nutritional problems. When participating in a nutrition consultation, you will be asked to complete a 3-day food log detailing all of your food and beverage consumption. Using this completed material, Todd will help you to identify nutritional dos & don’ts, and outline steps to improve your nutritional intake. You will walk away from your consultation with customized meal preparation tips, snack & smoothie ideas, and BSP’s 10 pillars of successful nutrition.
6 Week Nutrition CourseThis program, run in conjunction with BeWell Associates, is a group coaching program that meets once per week for 6 weeks. During the program athletes and their families learn about protein, carbohydrates and fats; as well as when to eat the right foods and how to eat for performance. The course will also include instruction on how to make healthy food choices and ends with a grocery market tour.

Personal Training (In-home and Gym options)
Our personal training programs are designed to meet your needs. After an inital movement screen (based on the Functional Movement Screen) and assessment, a program is designed specifically to meet your goals. We’ll bring our knowledge, unconditionally positive environment and equipment to you and train you at your home, or you can train in the privacy of a private facility in Bellefonte.
