Stress vs. Results, What’s it worth?

I know when I’m not an expert at something… or at least if that situation ever comes up, I will.  Okay, okay I am kidding.

For some odd reason I thought it would be a good idea to do the business taxes this year on my own rather than working with a qualified tax expert.  And guess what.  I got to the end result that I was looking for, but at what expense?  I’ve spent the majority of the last two weekends that I worked on them frustrated out of my mind, stressed beyond belief, and worrying about whether or not I’m screwing this up.

Was it really worth all of that?

NO!  I will never do this again.  I will definitely pay the expert to take this stress off of my shoulders.

This is no different than the endless amounts of people out there, maybe even yourself, inching along day in and day out stressing over the results, or lack thereof, of self-written fitness programs.  Sure, you/they might be getting to some of the set goals, but how efficiently, and at what cost?  Just like someone doing taxes, wouldn’t you rather have someone take the guess work out of your programming?

This week we unveiled a new way to deliver our programs, taking even more of the stress out of our clients’ workouts.  We originally delivered them as a PDF file, which in turn could be opened from MOST smart phones, but as it turns out Apple (iPhone) does not work with Adobe, making the programs only available from a home computer for some people.

This can obviously be opened from any smart phone, anywhere, anytime…  Furthermore, we can deliver updates on an individual basis through email, or to all of our clients/readers through the newsletter.

Pretty simple.

Think about what stresses you out when it comes to fitness, body composition, sports performance, etc… and let us, the experts, help.

Take care,
