
Todd graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Before attending CAL U, Todd attended Lycoming College where he played football and worked as a strength and conditioning coach for two female sports. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and the International Youth Conditioning Association as a High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist (HSSCS).
Above all else, Todd believes in making his clients stronger–in body and in mind. He believes once high levels of strength are obtained that all things in life, and in fitness, become easier.
Todd has had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels. During his five years as a coach, he has trained and consulted with high school athletes, collegiate athletes–as well as players currently in the NFL and competing as international rugby players. He has also helped clients ranging from soccer moms to grandmothers set and achieve their fitness goals.
Todd is a featured author for Testosterone Nation and has contributed to Elite FTS, among other popular blogs and websites.
He has competed in powerlifting, hitting best lifts of 405 bench press and 555 deadlift. In the near future, Todd will begin competing in strongman through North American Strongman.
Todd resides in State College, Pennsylvania. He is available for in person group and personal training, online training and program design as well as consultations through Beyond Strength Performance.
