Training Week 1 Success Checklist

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got to write things down, or there’s a good chance they won’t get done…  Enter the checklists.

At the end of each week drop in here, take a few minutes to knock these out, and move on.

 

It’s the small consistent actions we take that yield the big results.

 

The thing with diet and exercise is that nothing is instant.  The progress is so minuscule day-to-day that you could easily get discouraged thinking it’s hopeless.

But, when we focus on the process, the daily habits, we have an opportunity to progress, to be successful every day.
