Training Week 4 Success Checklist

Alright, we have arrived!  An entire month of coaching has passed… crazy, right?

 

Over the last month you guys have helped us to create “Strength Faction.”

We greatly appreciate that!

 

We also hope that you guys have learned some things along the way, and that you may have improved in ways you, maybe, were not expecting…

We know, it’s only been a month, but there’s only 11 more of those bad boys before a year passes.

Time flies.

 

If nothing else, look at your consistency with “showing up,” and assess if your actions led towards self-improvement.  If they did, AWESOME!  Whether you notice the changes now, or not, those steps will create massive transformation with one other VERY SPECIAL ingredient: Time.

Setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan.
